The same day service is offered to customers from the wider Canterbury Region and beyond who require their mats edged.

If you are coming in from out out of town to Christchurch and not on our pick up and return delivery route ie. Darfield, Oxford, Hanmer Springs, Springfield, Akaroa, etc, and would like your carpets edged, we are now offering the same day service for you given it may be a long time before you can get back to Christchurch unless it is a special trip.

 

Our same day service for “out of towners” is as follows.

  1. You contact us.
    • It doesn’t matter how many mats you have. We can work with you.
    • We offer our full suite of carpet edging finishes for you to choose from
    • You will need to make us your first port of call in Christchurch and the last port of call before you leave Christchurch. This will allow us the maximum time to complete your binding service.
    • We ask that you contact us several days in advance before coming to Carpetbinders so that we can slot you into our work schedule.
  2. We will make all the necessary arrangements for you to drop off your order.
    • If you arrive in Christchurch before we officially open to the public at 8am, we will arrange a way for you to leave your order with us.
  3. We complete the binding work on your mat or mats.

  4. We arrange with you to pick up your order
    • If you are collecting the mats after 5pm we will organise an after hours collection point for you.
