Michelle and Richard have been VERY accommodating to our needs and met us twice at their unit outside of their normal business hours as we are out-of-towners and on an ever-changing schedule. Templates made to perfectly fit our caravan one day, we picked the quality carpeting to suit our decor from a wide range they had in stock and the mats were ready a couple of days later. Unbelievable Service 

I  called Carpetbinders and spoke to Chris to discuss, how best to get my carpet bound as I was from Tekapo and would only be in Christchurch for one day and could they help.

To my amazement he advised if I dropped the carpet pieces off at their shed which they have outside when they are not onsite, and come back at 2.30 pm, I could collect my mats as I was leaving town to return home.

True to his word the mats were completed on time, to my required sizes and rolled up for easy transportation.

I  called Carpetbinders and spoke to Chris to discuss, how best to get my carpet bound as I was from Tekapo and would only be in Christchurch for one day and could they help.

To my amazement he advised if I dropped the carpet pieces off at their shed which they have outside when they are not onsite, and come back at 2.30 pm, I could collect my mats as I was leaving town to return home.

True to his word the mats were completed on time, to my required sizes and rolled up for easy transportation.

Great service, even for being an out of town customer!

Excellent business who are brilliant at what they do. From answering their phone with a few questions, friendly service when we dropped off and picked up, and having the job done so quickly. They also were able to do complicated/intricate mats that a lot of binders generally run from and for an exceptionally fair price.

Michelle and Richard have been VERY accommodating to our needs and met us twice at their unit outside of their normal business hours as we are out-of-towners and on an ever-changing schedule. Templates made to perfectly fit our caravan one day, we picked the quality carpeting to suit our decor from a wide range they had in stock and the mats were ready a couple of days later. Unbelievable Service 

I  called Carpetbinders and spoke to Chris to discuss, how best to get my carpet bound as I was from Tekapo and would only be in Christchurch for one day and could they help.

To my amazement he advised if I dropped the carpet pieces off at their shed which they have outside when they are not onsite, and come back at 2.30 pm, I could collect my mats as I was leaving town to return home.

True to his word the mats were completed on time, to my required sizes and rolled up for easy transportation.
